"This hotel doesn't have a telephone service (you provided one that does not exist), the hotel is too far from any public transportation and we have to walk a great distance back and forth every day just to find a bus, the hotel's bathroom was dirty, they did not have a tennis court in working condition as you announced on the internet, the hotel's small restaurant opened very late every morning not earlier enough to get breakfast there and also they closed very early (around 7;00 p.m.). The pillow and bed were hard as a rock, too unconfortable to get a restful sleep."
